Return Policy

If you want to make a return for your order, you can create a return label at the post office.

Return Period

You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it physically. Please remember to include your order number on a note inside the package when making a return.

Tracking Your Return

We recommend obtaining tracking for your return package and keeping a receipt for proof of submission at the post office.

Processing Time

Please note that we have 10 working days from the day we receive your return package to process your return in our warehouse. After this period, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Once processed, you can expect your refund to be credited back to your account within 2-4 working days, depending on your bank and credit card provider.
